Aggies lose staff ace Stilson for the year
It’s official. A&M staff ace John Stilson will miss the remainder of the 2011 season due to a torn labrum.
It comes at the worst possible time for the Aggies, who just won their second consecutive Big 12 title and begin their run to the College World Series this weekend.
Stilson only pitched 11 innings through the month of May due to the injury and the Aggies still went 12-4.
